Big projects like bathroom remodels, tub to shower conversions, or whole-home repipes need more than a quick phone call. Our Site Visit is an in-person appointment where we walk the space with you, take detailed measurements, and talk through layout options that make sense for your home and budget.
We look at framing, existing plumbing, access points, and code requirements so surprises are kept to a minimum once work begins. This visit forms the backbone of a realistic written estimate, not a guess. For larger projects that move forward, the fee is credited back, so you are investing in careful planning, not paying twice.

Due to the wide range of causes, we need to speak with you to determine the possible timeframe needed for your repair or replacement.
Please choose the day that is most convenient for you and we will reach out to you directly for an estimated arrival window!
Your technician will arrive between the hours you request and they will call you when they are on the way! This allows flexibility since you won't have to sit around waiting for us all day. It is beneficial to us as well since we never know what a customer needs until we arrive and sometimes appointments take a little longer than expected!
