Service Call
If you are not sure what you need, but know you have a problem, you can request a service visit to determine needs and ask our technician to provide an estimate for your needed repairs.
Service calls are charged at the time of an appointment scheduling and are non-refundable. Any repairs or services needed upon arrival will be charged separately upon approval of the estimate.
Booking Your Appointment
We will review your request to ensure that a sufficient amount of time has been reserved for your particular need. We will then reach out to you the day before your appointment to confirm your details and estimated arrival time.
Your technician will arrive between the hours you request and they will call you when they are on the way! This allows flexibility since you won't have to sit around waiting for us all day. It is beneficial to us as well since we never know what a customer needs until we arrive and sometimes appointments take a little longer than expected!
We will communicate with you throughout the process to ensure complete satisfaction and timely attention.
