It was late in day so I got them to come back next day. They fixed my leak and installed new valves. Their price was really reasonable. I will definitely use them for future problems and highly recommend them. They are husband and wife team, local, and really reasonable in their prices.

We experienced a leak under our park model that required our entire main bathroom to be gutted and replaced. Jenn and Ted were professional, timely, and their price was fair for the amount of work they had to do. They were able to gut, rebuild the support beams and replace our bathroom in 2 days! We also used them to update our grey pipe under the house last fall. We highly recommend them for plumbing projects, large or small!

Had a fantastic experience with Quartz Plumbing! We called this morning and they came out just a couple hours later. Before coming out, they even tried to help us troubleshoot the problem for no charge. After clearing the severely backed up pipes, they also gave us very helpful tips as first time homeowners with a septic system. They were knowledgeable, professional, super nice, and the price for services was much more affordable than I expected. I will definitely be using Quartz Plumbing in the future if the need arises.

We just moved into a place and the hot water was running out within 3 or 4 minutes when taking a shower. Not knowing the history of the hot water heater, we figured it needed repaired or replaced. I found Quartz Plumbing recommended in one of my Facebook groups. So I called, explained my issue and she told me some things it could be. After a little more research, we found out the water heater wasn’t but 2 years old. When I told her that, she said they were in the area and could come take a look the same day, just to see why it might not be producing enough hot water since it wasn’t old. It was about an hour later, they came, looked at the water heater, turned up the temperature on it, and told us to try that for a couple of days. We didn’t expect immediate service but they were so kind to even just come look at it, on a Friday afternoon no less. Jenn asked that I let them know on Monday or Tuesday how it was working. It is working great!
They are truly honest, kind folks. They could have told us we needed a new hot water heater or some big service job, making it really expensive. But they didn’t. Their main concern was getting the hot water going for us to have comfortable showers. I totally trust Quartz Plumbing without hesitation to take care of any plumbing needs we should have.
